Turkey Expands E-Hearings to Regional Courts for Efficiency, Accessibility, and Broader Participation

Justice Minister Akın Gürlek announced the expansion of the e-Hearing system to regional courts in Turkey, aiming to enhance speed, reduce costs, and improve accessibility in judicial processes. The system will allow plaintiffs, defendants, witnesses, and experts to participate remotely, with judges having the discretion to decide on its use.
