Turkey's Justice Ministry finds new evidence in 13-year-old cold cases

Turkey's Justice Ministry announced new evidence has been found in two cold cases: the 2013 Nesim Bayram case in Ağrı and the 2025 Evindar Tığrak disappearance in Batman. Suspects are now facing legal proceedings.
