Turkey fines vendor in İzmir for selling olives at inflated prices

The Turkish Ministry of Trade has fined a vendor in İzmir's Selçuk district for selling olives at 50 lira apiece, or 1,000 lira per kilogram. An investigation found the vendor to be in violation of consumer protection laws.
