Turkey's Meteorology Warns of Heavy Rain in Black Sea, Northeast Anatolia and Winds

Turkey's General Directorate of Meteorology has issued warnings for heavy rainfall in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and northeastern Eastern Anatolia.
