Turkey's Supreme Military Council Promotes Generals, Admirals, and Colonels
Turkey's Supreme Military Council (YAŞ) decisions have been published in the Official Gazette. The promotions include 19 generals, 6 admirals, and 69 colonels to higher ranks. General Rafet Dalkıran was appointed Air Force Commander.
