Turkey's ESK to Purchase Unsold Qurban Animals from Farmers Between June 1-7
Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı announced that the Meat and Milk Institution (ESK) will purchase unsold sacrificial animals from producers between June 1-7 following the Qurban Bayram holiday. ESK has set purchase prices per kilogram of carcass weight for cattle and sheep, with prices varying based on breed and characteristics.
