Turkish Nursing Home Doctor Fined $700 for Patient Death, Payable in Installments

An İzmir court fined a nursing home doctor approximately $700 USD, payable in six installments, for 'causing death by negligence' in the 2018 death of 86-year-old Fatma Uraz, who developed severe skin reactions after being bathed. Two caregivers were previously convicted in the case.
