Unlicensed Driver Fined 550,000 Lira for Ignoring Stop Order and Refusing Breathalyzer

An unlicensed driver in Eskişehir's Tepebaşı district was fined 550,000 lira for failing to comply with a stop order and refusing a breathalyzer test. The vehicle was also impounded for 60 days.
