Yargıtay Takes Up CHP's 'Absolute Nullity' Ruling in Preliminary Review

Turkey's Court of Cassation has placed a regional court's decision regarding the Republican People's Party (CHP) congress under preliminary review. The ruling had previously ordered the removal of current party leadership and the reinstatement of former leadership based on 'absolute nullity'.
