Major US Theater Chains Back Paramount-Warner Bros. Discovery $111 Billion Merger
Cinemark has joined AMC Theatres and Regal Cinemas in supporting the $111 billion merger of Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery, meaning all three of the country's largest movie theater chains now back the deal.
