Anadolu Group and Vestel to Sell 46% of TOGG to Turkey Wealth Fund and Turkcell
Anadolu Group and Vestel signed agreements to transfer their combined 46% stake in TOGG to the Turkey Wealth Fund and Turkcell for €368 million. Turkcell’s stake will rise to 34% once the deals close.
