Army makes lethality and readiness top priorities

After a visit to Alaska last week, US Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll talked to Business Insider about his top priorities. The most important is lethality, a subjective measuring stick evaluating defense activities and programs.He said that if it's not about lethality, "we're getting rid of it."
