BİM Fined 67.2 Million TL by Competition Authority, Reduced to 50.4 Million TL with Early Payment

BİM has reached a settlement with the Competition Authority regarding two investigations. While one investigation found no violation, the other resulted in a 67.2 million TL administrative fine, which will be reduced to 50.4 million TL with a 25% early payment discount.
