French BPCE Acquires 7% Stake in Banco Sabadell, Securing Board Representation

BPCE has purchased a 7% stake in Banco Sabadell, valued at approximately €1.186 billion. The French bank will not exceed a 9.9% stake and will have a representative on Sabadell's board to explore business opportunities.
