Card Payments in Turkey Surge to 2.6 Trillion TL in April, Up 44%

In April 2024, card payments in Turkey, including credit, debit, and prepaid cards, reached 2.6 trillion TL, marking a 44% increase compared to the same period last year. Contactless payments saw a 51% rise, constituting a significant portion of in-store transactions, while online card payments accounted for 30% of the total.
