Spain Appoints Carla Díaz Álvarez de Toledo as New FROB President
The Spanish government has proposed Carla Díaz Álvarez de Toledo, currently Director General of the Treasury and Financial Policy, to lead the FROB. She will succeed Álvaro López Barceló, who is moving to the Inter-American Development Bank.
