Spain's CNMV Approves Bondalti's Takeover Bid to Delist Chemical Firm Ercros

Spain's CNMV has authorized Bondalti Iberica's takeover bid to delist Ercros from the stock exchange. The offer targets the 22.77% of the chemical group not controlled by Bondalti, at a price of 3.505 euros per share.
