Spanish Congress Rejects Decree Allowing Renfe to Increase Debt for Train Purchases

Spain's Congress has rejected a government decree that would have allowed state-owned rail company Renfe to increase its debt margin by 671 million euros for train purchases. The 'Verano Joven' (Young Summer) decree was approved separately.
