CriteriaCaixa Reports 1.248 Billion Euros in First-Half Profit, Down 8% Year-on-Year

CriteriaCaixa reported a net profit of 1.248 billion euros for the first half of the year, an 8% decrease compared to the same period last year. The decline is attributed to the absence of extraordinary income, such as gains from the Naturgy self-tender offer. Recurring profit, however, increased by 23%.
