Dutch NHG Mortgage Guarantee Limit Rises to €500,000 Next Year

The Dutch NHG mortgage guarantee limit will rise from €470,000 to €500,000 next year. Buyers of homes rated E, F or G will also have €20,000 set aside for energy-saving improvements, which they can decline to use.
