Dutch Rents Rise 4.4% Annually, Slower Than Previous Years
Rents in the Netherlands increased by an average of 4.4% in July compared to a year ago, according to the CBS. This rise is less steep than in the past two years. Rent increases can be higher when a property changes tenants.
