Dutch Homebuyers Increasingly Turn to Starter Loans Amid Rising Prices
The number of starter loans in the Netherlands has significantly increased, with over 8% of first-time homebuyers using them in the first half of the year, up from 6.4% in the same period last year. This rise is attributed to escalating housing prices, making it harder for individuals with modal incomes to afford homes without additional financial support.
