EU Approves JD.com’s €2.2 Billion Acquisition of Ceconomy, Making It Fnac Darty’s Second-Largest Shareholder

The European Commission approved JD.com’s acquisition of German retailer Ceconomy for more than €2.2 billion. Ceconomy owns nearly 22% of Fnac Darty, making JD.com the French retailer’s second-largest shareholder.
