France Unemployment Rate Rises to 8.3%, Highest Since Autumn 2020

France's unemployment rate increased by 0.2 percentage points to 8.3% in the second quarter, reaching its highest level since autumn 2020. The number of unemployed individuals actively seeking work rose by 62,000 to 2.7 million.
