Grant Thornton to Acquire CBIZ for $5 Billion, Creating 5th Largest US Professional Services Firm

Grant Thornton has agreed to acquire CBIZ for $5 billion in an all-cash deal. The transaction, backed by New Mountain Capital, will make Grant Thornton the fifth-largest professional services firm in the United States.
