Spain's ICO to launch €12 billion fund in September to boost affordable housing

Spain's Official Credit Institute (ICO) will launch the 'España Crece' fund in September with €12 billion to finance affordable rental housing projects. The initiative will support projects throughout their lifecycle and includes a 30% non-reimbursable portion for developers.
