It typically involves sharp dressing — think tailored suits, hats, and canes — to assert individuality, culture, and equality.Met Gala guests have been given a loose dress code titled "Tailored For You," though it's open to interpretation. Still, Vogue said we can expect to see a surplus of suits, canes, pocket squares, and other pieces related to dandyism.This year will also mark the second time the Costume Institute exhibit is focused on menswear.
