James Murdoch Acquires New York Magazine, Vox.com, and Podcast Network for $300M+

James Murdoch's Lupa Systems is acquiring New York Magazine, Vox.com, and the Vox Media Podcast Network for over $300 million, splitting Vox Media into two entities. Eater, Popsugar, SB Nation, The Dodo, and The Verge will form a separate company.
