Gregorio Jiménez and Investors Buy Restaurant Brands Europe From Cinven for More Than €2.3 Billion
Gregorio Jiménez, Grupo Costa and other investors will control 51% of Restaurant Brands Europe, which operates Burger King in Spain and Portugal. The deal values the company at more than €2.3 billion.
