Kaspi.kz Secures Regulatory Approval for Rabobank Turkey Acquisition

Kaspi.kz has received approval from Turkey's banking regulator (BDDK) for its acquisition of Rabobank A.Ş. The deal, expected to close in July 2026, will allow Kaspi.kz to expand its payments, e-commerce, and fintech services in the Turkish market.
