MetropolCard Acquires Majority Stake in Online Ticket Platform Bilet.com

MetropolCard, through its parent company Metropal Kurumsal Hizmetler AŞ, has signed an agreement to acquire a 51% majority stake in the online ticket sales platform Bilet.com. The acquisition aims to expand MetropolCard's digital payment and employee benefits ecosystem to include travel services.
