Next Raises Profit Forecast Again on Strong Summer Sales and Overseas Demand

Fashion retailer Next has upgraded its profit forecast for the third time this year, citing stronger-than-expected sales in the second quarter driven by summer spending and overseas demand. The company now expects pre-tax profit of £1.2bn.
