Paramount Settles Antitrust Lawsuit, Clearing Path for Warner Bros. Acquisition

Paramount has settled an antitrust lawsuit with 12 state attorneys general, removing the final barrier to its acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The settlement includes concessions and will be formally announced soon.
