Private University Fees Saw Highest Increase in Istanbul in September

Private university tuition fees in Istanbul rose by 55.21% in September, according to the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. This increase was the highest among 336 products tracked, while the price of plums saw the largest decrease at 28.32%.
