Puig Acquires Full Control of Isdin for 1.2 Billion Euros

Puig has agreed to purchase the remaining 50% of dermocosmetic firm Isdin from Esteve for 1.2 billion euros. The deal, expected to close by the first quarter of 2027, will give Puig full ownership of the Spanish skincare brand.
