SOCAR and Technip Sign MoU for Petkim Master Plan Project FEED Phase

SOCAR and Technip have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) phase for the Petkim Master Plan project. This critical engineering stage is expected to begin in Q3 2026, following the completion of pre-FEED work.
