South East Water Fined £30.5 Million for Customer Service and Supply Failures

Regulator Ofwat has confirmed South East Water will pay £30.5 million in a redress package for multiple customer service failures, supply interruptions, and licence breaches. The penalty includes a previously proposed £22 million fine for supply failures affecting over 286,000 people.
