Mortgage activity in Spain surged in March, marking a 16-year high for the month with a 9% increase to 46,661 loans. This represents the highest figure for March since 2010, with mortgage approvals seeing 21 consecutive months of increases, while interest rates have slightly moderated to 2.84%.
