Spanish Unions Demand Minimum Wage Hike Above 5% and End to Bonus Absorption

Spain's CCOO union leader Unai Sordo is pushing for a minimum wage increase exceeding 5% in 2027. He insists that any agreement is contingent on the government regulating against companies absorbing wage hikes by reducing employee bonuses.
