SPK Requests Re-evaluation of Judicial Measures in Fund Investigation

The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has sent a letter to the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office requesting a re-evaluation of judicial measures on companies and funds involved in an ongoing investigation.
