SPK Opens Voluntary Refund Accounts for Excessive Gains from Investment Funds

The Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) has announced the establishment of voluntary refund accounts for individuals wishing to return excessive profits obtained from investment funds and publicly traded shares. These accounts are designated for specific funds and a general account for shares.
