SPK Files Criminal Complaints Against 37 Individuals Linked to Tera Holding
The Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) has filed criminal complaints against 37 individuals, including Emre Tezmen and Bülent Uygun, related to Tera Financial Investments Holding. Additionally, 24 licenses were revoked and a two-year trading ban was imposed on 39 individuals.
