Tata Motors to Acquire Iveco Group, Creating Industrial Vehicle Giant With $21 Billion in Revenue

Tata Motors and Iveco Group are combining to create a global industrial vehicle company with about $21 billion in revenue. The group will sell around 590,000 vehicles and employ more than 73,000 people.
