Turkey: 15 Arrested in Capital Markets Fraud Investigation, Assets Frozen

Turkish authorities have arrested 15 suspects in an investigation into alleged market manipulation involving Katılımevim Tasarruf Finansman AŞ (KTLEV) shares. Assets of executives linked to nine financial firms have been frozen as part of the probe.
