Turkey Introduces Age and Mileage Limits for Rental Cars Starting 2027

Turkey's Ministry of Trade is implementing new regulations for the car rental sector, effective January 1, 2027. Rental vehicles will be restricted to a maximum age of 6 years and 180,000 kilometers. Businesses will also require an operating license and meet minimum fleet size requirements.
