Turkey to Ban Certain Synthetic Ingredients in Cosmetics, Mandate QR Codes

Turkey's Ministry of Trade is updating cosmetic regulations, banning certain synthetic silicones and aluminum in products like toothpaste and sunscreen. A mandatory QR code system will also be implemented on packaging.
