Turkey Begins Payments for In-Home Care Aid, Distributing ₺7.12 Billion

The Turkish Ministry of Family and Social Services has started disbursing ₺7.12 billion in Home Care Assistance payments. This initiative, launched in 2006, supports 518,000 citizens who care for fully dependent relatives, with individual payments of ₺13,878 per month.
