Turkey Fines 82 Businesses 8.2 Million Lira for Illegal Social Media Ads

Turkey's Ministry of Trade has imposed an administrative fine of 8.2 million lira ($250,000) on 42 real estate agencies and 40 car dealerships for publishing illegal advertisements on social media platforms. Access to the accounts involved will be blocked.
