Turkey's Trade Ministry Fines Firms Over 2 Billion Lira for Price Gouging
Turkey's Ministry of Trade conducted inspections on over 321,000 firms and 39 million products from January to August. The ministry imposed administrative fines totaling 2.24 billion Turkish Lira for practices like price gouging and hoarding.
