Turkey and Iraq finalize deal to resume oil flow through Ceyhan pipeline

Turkey's Energy Minister Alparslan Bayraktar announced that an agreement to resume oil flow from Iraq to Ceyhan is in its final stages. The deal, covering the next 12 months, is expected to be signed and announced soon.
